How does the WLAN work?

You connect to our Wi-Fi network and then start your browser. On the following page, enter the access data.

Is there a hotel parking lot?

The hotel has a courtyard and underground parking.

How much is the parking?

You are welcome to use our parking for EUR 10.00 per night. On the day of departure you may leave your car for later than 11:00 o'clock.

Where is the parking lot?

The entrance to our car park is in the Carl-August-Allee, next to the "Subway" branch.

How high is the entrance to the underground car park?

The height of the underground car park entrance is approx. 200cm

Is it possible to reserve parking spaces in advance?

We do not reserve parking spaces in general.

Are there alternative parking spaces?

Parking is available opposite the hotel from 20:00-8:00. From 08:00h there is a maximum of two hours with parking permit.

Our restaurant "Wintergarten" opens from 12:00 o'clock.

How long is the restaurant open?

Our restaurant "Wintergarten" is open until 22:00 o'clock.

Till what time is the bar open?

You are welcome to use our bar until 00:00 o'clock.

How long is the reception open?

The reception is open 24h. You can arrive and depart at any time.

Is it possible to leave / enter the hotel around the clock?

The hotel entrance is open for you 24h.

Does your hotel provide a laundry service?

It is possible to have your laundry done from Monday - Friday via an external laundry service. Please hand in the laundry to be cleaned by 10:00 am at the reception.

Is there a possibility to iron?

We offer you the possibility to iron your belongings in an extra room independently and without charge. (For fire safety reasons, this is unfortunately not allowed in the room)

Does your hotel have an elevator?

Our house has two elevators and two staircases.

Is there a luggage cart?

Two differently sized luggage trolleys can be found at the reception.

Is there a luggage room?

You can safely leave your luggage in our luggage room in the lobby on the day of arrival and departure.

Do you offer a luggage service?

We generally do not offer a luggage service.

We do not offer room service.

Are pets allowed? If so, what do you charge?

Your pets are welcome guests. We charge EUR 8,00 per night.

Are pets allowed in the restaurant?

While you dine in our restaurant, your four-legged friends do not have to stay in the room, so bring them along.

Do you need a credit card to book?

If you make a booking by phone or by email, you do not need a credit card. When booking through other booking portals you will need a credit card.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel your booking up to 48h before the scheduled arrival.

Is it possible to purchase the Weimar Card from you?

Of course you can buy the Weimar-Card incl. Information brochure for EUR 29.90 from us at the reception. Link to service

How far away is the city?

The distance to the city center (Goetheplatz) is about 1.2km.

Are there buses near the hotel which travel towards the city center?

You can go to the city center with almost every line right across from the hotel (at the train station). The price for a single trip is EUR 2.00. Bus timetables for all lines are available at the reception.

Does your hotel have a sauna or swimming pool?

Our hotel has neither a sauna nor a swimming pool.

Is it possible to buy stamps from you?

You can only buy stamps for sending postcards within Germany. (EUR 0.45)

Is it possible to have breakfast as a guest from outside?

Of course you can also have breakfast as a non-overnight guest in our house. Please contact the reception.

Where is breakfast served?

Our breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant "Wintergarten".

What hours are breakfast from?

You can have breakfast from Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 10:00 and on Sunday from 06:30 to 10:30.

Do you offer a gluten-free breakfast?

On request, we also offer you a gluten-free breakfast.

Do you offer vegan breakfast?

Our hotel does not offer vegan breakfast.

Room information

Do you have different room categories?

We offer classic rooms & comfort rooms (+ EUR 20,00). You are also welcome to book our Junior Suite (+ EUR 50,00).

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

We have a wheelchair accessible room. Please ask for availability in advance.

Are there smoking rooms?

There are no smoking rooms in our hotel.

Do you have a smoking lounge?

In our 24-hour, comfortably furnished smoking lounge, we offer you the opportunity to smoke in peace.

Does your hotel offer rooms with two single beds?

Of course, you can book with us, both rooms with double bed and two single mattresses (each 80x200) as well as rooms with separate beds (90x200 each). Please specify your request when booking

Are the rooms equipped with a minibar?

Only our comfort rooms have an integrated minibar. Of course, you can also take drinks from the bar to your room.

Do you have rooms with a balcony?

Our rooms do not have a balcony. Only the junior suite has a balcony.

Do you have rooms without carpeting?

All our rooms are carpeted throughout.

Do you have allergic bedding?

We do not have any allergic bedding. On request, we remove any down bedding.

Are the rooms equipped with a hair dryer?

All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Is there an in-room safe?

There is no safe in the room. However, you can include your valuables in our vault in the lobby.

Is there a possibility for a late departure?

If the occupancy permits, we also offer you a departure after 11.00 o'clock. The extra costs depend on the departure time.

Is there a possibility of early arrival?

We are happy to try to clean your booked room before 15:00 by prior request. But we cannot guarantee that.

Do you also offer rooms for 3 persons?

On request we can provide you with an extra bed. The price depends on the age of the third person.

Does your hotel have cots for your smallest guests?

Of course, you can also get a baby cot from us at EUR 10.00 per night.

Do you also rent family rooms?

We do not have family rooms in the traditional sense, unfortunately. However, we can offer you a connecting room or two adjoining rooms.
